Select Driving School are a highly successful prestige driver training establishment who specialise in providing top of the range Intensive Driving Courses to discerning clients throughout the UK.
Due to the continued demand for our services throughout the UK we are actively seeking professional self-employed Driving Standards Agency ( car ) Approved Driving Instructors to provide their services to our clients.
Registration with Select Driving School Agency is free. If accepted there are no on-going costs or franchise fees and you can retain your own identity. Join the many other independent instructors who are finding this a fantastic way to drive their business forward without the need for high franchise fees or advertising costs.

What we can offer you:-
Select Driving School acts as agent for:-
* Dealing with initial enquiries
* Processing bookings by collecting fees, booking tests, and paying fees to directly to you
* Co-ordination of courses
In return for this service, Select Driving School will deduct a commission directly from the client's fee and will pay the remaining balance directly to the ADI prior to the commencement of the course. The ADI will then have a legal and moral duty to discharge his/her duties to the very best of their ability. Can you offer us:-
1. Qualifications, Education and Knowledge
1.1 Fully qualified ADI status minimum grade 4
1.2 Enhanced CRB clearance in accordance with DSA regulation and current legislation
1.3 Knowledge of the DSA guidance for professional instructors
1.4 A commitment to professional development
2. Experience
2.1 Significant and substantial teaching experience as a ADI
2.2 Proven effectiveness as an instructor
3. Skills and
Abilities
3.1 An understanding of good assessment practice and it's implications for planning and teaching.
3.2 Communicate effectively verbally
3.3 Communicate effectively via email and web based calendar
4. Personal Abilities
4.1 Have a supportive, positive and calm manner with clients.
4.2 Be able to reassure those clients who show signs of anxiety and nervousness
5. Additional requirements
5.1 Be able to operate as a self-employed professional ADI
5.2 Be able to offer your services as an ADI independently of any other driving school (other than
your own) and not part of a franchise scheme.
5.3 Have a modern car suitable for driving instruction with appropriate insurance and public liability cover.
Select Driving School ADI Agency will confirm your ADI status with the Driving Standards Agency. All information you provide will be in strict confidence and in keeping with the Data Protection Act
Only to those agencies who need to confirm your ADI status will be involved.
Please be mindful that Select Driving School ADI Agency receive many applications for registration throughout the UK on a daily basis. Whilst we appreciate interest shown in our services we do reserve the right to refuse registration without reason. There are many factors we consider before accepting an associate ADI. These will include but are not limited to the following:-
1. ADI grade and teaching experience
2. Quality of testimonials and references
3. Standard of teaching observed
4. Suitability of tuition vehicle in terms of age and condition
5. Location covered
Notes:- ADI's who refuse to be observed carrying out a driving lesson/with vehicles that are older than five years are unlikely to be accepted.
