Way back in the early 1990's Select Driving School was amongst the very first driving schools to offer Intensive Driving Courses. Until that time the traditional way to learn to drive was usually to have one or two lessons a week. This took several weeks, months and in some cases years for learners to reach test standard, often forgetting what they had learnt from one week to the next.

These days spend a few minutes clicking through the internet and you will find numerous driving schools offering such courses. Most, if not all will be cheaper too. This unfortunate attitude of 'stack them high and sell them cheap' has no place in road safety. Select Driving School refuses to compete financially with these other schools, as to do so would inevitably mean having to lower our standards or cut corners. This we are not prepared to do under any circumstances.
